Pricing & Free Trial
The free trial includes unlimited conference calls in the UK from landlines and mobiles, using our local UK access number. It does not include international calls or UK calls using our freephone number. The free trial lasts for 30 days. At the end of the trial, you will not be signed into a contract and if you do not want to continue using our service you are under no obligation to do so.
We do not publish our international rates online. We like to speak to prospective customers and understand their conferencing requirements to ensure that we offer the most competitive rates in the marketplace.
You are charged a simple per minute, per participant. There are no hidden costs or additional charges applied. If you do not use your conferencing account, you will not be billed. We are able to provide you with a simple costing example and will just require the average number of participants, length of meeting in minutes and geographical location of your participants. We can then provide you example pricing to be able to draw direct comparison to your current call provider.
If you choose to Pay-As-You Go, you are not locked into a contract. You will simply electronically sign a pricing agreement to protect your preferential rates for one year. If you choose a Channel Package, fixed term contracts are available for 6 months and 1 year.
If you conference using our pay as you go model, no cancellation is required. You simply pay for the minutes you have used, if you don’t use the service you will not get a bill. If you opt for a channel package, an individual cancellation agreement will be created according to the package you have chosen.
You can access your billing records in our online portal immediately after a call has been made. You will be provided with a call summary, instantly reference individual calls for re-billing of clients and see call by call how much you are spending.
Your company is billed monthly in arrears via an emailed invoice. Invoices can be payed by direct debit or BACS. No credit card details are required.
Account Set Up
You can create as many rooms as you want at no extra cost. Many clients like to have individual rooms for separate projects or for each member of staff, to effectively allocate costs.
You can decide what level of security you add to your conference room. Choosing a chairman meeting means the organiser receives a separate PIN to participants, so the conference starts only when the organiser is present. If you prefer for your participants to start conferencing immediately, everyone can enter the conference with the same PIN. It is also possible to use the service with just a room number and no PIN.
Never worry about searching for your conferencing details again. Within 48 hours of setting up your conferencing room you will receive a credit card sized wallet card in the post with your own personal conferencing details on it.
Our 120+ international local dial-in numbers mean that no matter where you are in the world, you can access your conference on a local call rate. Avoiding international dial-in tariffs keeps your costs per minute low. All local dial-numbers are available on our International Numbers page.
The analytics tools are easy to use and accessible via the call portal. If you have chosen to record your call it will be available to listen to immediately after the call has finished. As soon as the recording is available in the portal, you can request a digital transcript and full analysis of the call. Depending on the length of the call your transcript and call analytics will be ready to view in 5-10 minutes. Voice analytics enables you to search the entire conversation using keywords and phrases. Type in a word or phrase to search the conversation, any matches will be time-stamped, allowing you to navigate to the exact part of the conversation where the word has been mentioned.
